If your insurance isn’t listed please call our Billing Dept at 985-872-2897 to confirm if it’s a policy we can file.
All insurance eligibility will be verified prior to appointment time. Co-pays and deductibles will be collected at the time of service. For your convenience we accept all forms of payment.
All Bayou Health Plans as well as some private plans require a PCP. The child must be linked to a Bayou Pediatrics physician to be able to be seen.
Secondary Insurance
If your child is covered by more than one insurance plan, please bring both insurance cards to the visit.
Unfortunately, we do not file Medicaid as a secondary policy.
On-Call Staff
We have a doctor on-call 24 hours a day and a nurse practitioner who can attend to your child’s needs even after office hours.
If your child has a critical emergency, please call 911 directly because it may take us a few minutes to return your call.
